About Fulu
Fulu is a seasoned finance professional with almost two decades of experience in financial services across capital raising, risk management and and investments. She began her career at Absa Capital in 2007 where she spent a year at Barclays in London learning derivative structuring for risk management and investment. She then joined Deutsche Bank, where she spent 14 years in various roles in markets, structured finance and debt capital markets. As head of markets she engineered the successful rebuild and recovery of the markets business across fixed income investment sales and structured finance for public sector entities.
At Maano Capital, she leads the firm’s overall strategy, client advisory, and regulatory oversight, ensuring every recommended client path is both commercially sound and fully compliant.
