Catalyst Fund
An opportunistic credit fund that invests in South African engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms that are in the infrastructure space.
The Catlayst Fund provides funding from R1mln to R5mln to firms that have firm contracts to supply and install civils or energy infrastructure for mining companies and municipalities. The Fund also provides project preparation funding to PPP concessionaires in water, transport & property development to assist them to reach financial close. The target fund size is R100 million.
SME Fund
Our SME Fund provides working capital and purchase order loans from R10,000 to R300,000 to small and medium enterprises.
We support entities that have a positive trading history of at least 6 months that is supported by cash flow evidenced by bank statements.
This fund is industry agnostic and supports SMEs across logistics, pharmaceuticals and govt. services & supplies.

We construct bespoke portfolios with both active and passive strategies managed by the best investment houses in South Africa. Optimal returns and risk management is central our investment approach
